Here, we have automated the process of equipment requests where an employee can either request for a new equipment or repair of an existing equipment using a Power App. The request logged into Power App triggers an approval flow and email is automatically sent to the approver who can approve or reject along with comments within the email itself. Then the PO is automatically generated and sent to the vendor.

When the equipment arrives at the warehouse, the app allows the warehouse staff to update the status as “arrived”. Similarly, once it is released to an employee, the warehouse staff can update that in the app too.
